EMPA - Swiss Innovation Park | Living and working laboratory for sustainable building construction, the place where research is turned into practice | In 2017 I had the chance to visit both NEST @Empa & Gramazio Kohler Research @ETH Zurich, see stunning projects under development, meet and talk with amazing people, touch new materials such as magnetic wood, hydrophobic wood, antimicrobial wood surfaces, climb on HiLo & take a closer look at the Mesh Mould fabrication process for DFAB HOUSE, the first house in the world that was digitally built.
