About me

I have a never-ending passion for discovering innovative design solutions, and I am always eager to experiment with new approaches in my designs. My ardent desire to learn and interest in exploring the latest technologies in design and fabrication are the driving forces behind my passion for experiments. This is how I got to constantly be in the state of learning and... searching for ways to shape materials and space. EXPONENTIAL TECHNOLOGIES like drones, robotics, immersive dimensions, machine learning, digital entities, and synthetic biology are revolutionizing how we perceive and enhance beauty in our society.

This is how I started questioning the "form follows function" vs. "function follows form" debates. None of them seemed to give me an optimum answer (if there was any), so the questions continued to come... Sticking to a single answer didn't feel right in a continuously changing world with infinite possibilities.

Architect

Architect for different realms. In today's world of video games, virtual worlds, machine learning, and space flights are dominant, granting us entry to micro-gravity or zero-gravity environments. As a consequence, our bodies undergo changes and our senses expand, allowing us to explore new territories. Therefore, while the traditional principles of firmitas, utilitas, venustas, and the golden ratio may be useful, they are no longer sufficient for creating architectural landscapes today. It is crucial to adopt new design strategies and develop new skills.

Computational designer

I use computational design tools like algorithms and scripts to streamline design processes, including creation, presentation, analysis, evaluation, and interaction. I also develop custom workflows to automate tasks and improve design quality and efficiency while staying up-to-date with the latest computational design developments and emerging technologies. I can create visualizations, simulations, and animations to communicate design concepts and solutions.

Procedural generator

As a procedural generator, I specialize in creating systems that are capable of generating a substantial volume of content using a random seed. This approach allows for more unpredictable gameplay and fosters an immersive environment for users.
