Floating Modules
CONCEPT: floating summer houses | hexagonal floating modules | Cavalaire Sur Mer | France | 2018 The hexagonal metal frame and the triangular subdivided panels were designed in Rhino and Grasshopper. The environmental analysis was used to obtain the right aperture for exterior panels. The modules have solar panels, wind turbines, and retractable shaders on top.
Three different units were designed using the same hexagon.
The exterior shell was designed by F[0]RMA and Metropolis Architecture.
